Please note that you must meet with Dean Sozzo to discuss your event idea prior to submitting this form. Once approved, your event request will be reviewed by Dean Sozzo and you will receive notification once the room reservation has been booked, or a Zoom link if a virtual event. This request must be submitted at least a few weeks in advance.
No reimbursements can be made without an itemized receipt and credit card statement of purchase if required.
A representative from your club must have attended the Treasurer meeting at the beginning of the year for your club to have a reimbursement completed. If your club was unable to attend, please look over these slides, the club manual, and complete this treasurer test with a passing score of 100%. Once you have, email Audrey to let her know.
