The TDSB uses a system called EMA (Excursion Management System) for sports teams permission forms. Before a team plays against other schools or leaves school property to train, parents will need to log into the EMA system and approve their child's participation by completing a form.

Tips:
Use your child's student number (9-digit number starting with 3, NOT the OEN from report cards)
Use a computer instead of a smartphone or tablet
Use Google Chrome
Make sure you are logged out from your last visit and your browser is refreshed
Clear the cache on your browser before logging in
