Change Starts in the Classroom

The London Attack - What can we do to create positive change?

Ignoring this event is ignoring the truth, and if this was just an issue for Muslims to solve, this resource would only be limited to them.

That's why I'm calling on everyone: rather than being a call to just one person for one event, this is a call for all of us. For people like me, it's a call to advocate even more and continue to show up, write, and deliver change, and to others it's a call to START advocating. It's a matter of humanity, and that's what each and every one of you carry in your hearts. Not allowing others to be educated on inclusivity will only breed exclusion.

YOU are a member of society, so it's in your best interest to not talk about it like a friend who drifted away. It'll only change when you do your part. Speak up for your old self who once doubted whether we could not only listen to each other, but act on each other's concerns, just as I am. Politics has had a beginning and will have an end, yet human rights have been here ever since we walked the Earth. While a child might need to study to understand politics, human rights (for every person) are universal, and it comes from unity.

If we can make progress, together we can see beyond sight, and that's optimism.

Thank you to the staff at Agincourt for helping and supporting this cause. It's far beyond my measure to count the numerous students you impact positively every single day.
