The format of the competition is similar to Shark Tank. Students will be in the library, presenting to a panel of judges alongside an observing audience. Contestants are free to present their ideas in any professional format they like.
Students will:
Prepare google slides to showcase their ideas
Spend 3-5 minutes for a spoken presentation
Spend 1-2 minutes for Q/A with the judges
Prepare for a total of 4-7 minutes of presentation per group
Contestants will be judged based on 4 categories which will be averaged for an overall score out of 20. It is important that contestants consider all of these requirements as a guideline, and thoroughly practice their pitch.
