In this session, I’ll introduce the conceptual design, methodological framework, and a prototype learning workflow that intentionally connects AI‑supported analytics with human reflection cycles. We’ll explore how to:

- Balance automation with expert human judgment

- Evaluate ethical and behavioral implications of AI‑enhanced learning

- Design scalable workforce development models that keep humans—not algorithms—at the center of learning
