NEW TEST DATE! The PreACT will be given on Wednesday, September 18.
TIME: Sophomore students will be sorted into the morning session 8:-00-10:00 or the afternoon session 12:30-2:30.
WHO TAKES THIS TEST: All Po-Hi Sophomores
REGISTRATION: No registration is necessary. All Po-Hi Sophomores will take the test.
FEE: Free; this test is provided by the school district.
WHY DO WE TAKE THIS TEST? This test provides valuable information about academic strengths and weakness to students, teachers, and parents. It is an important step on our students' journey to success on the ACT, our region's most common college entrance exam.
FORMAT: This is a paper-pencil test.
ON TEST DAY: Students will need an approved calculator, two #2 pencils (not mechanical) with good erasers, and their student ID.
