Input relates to how a person interacts with a computer. Some examples of this are keyboards, mice, game controllers, and etc.. These devices help an individual utilize a computer.
Output relates to what a computer puts out when a user inputs something. Some examples of this are monitors, speakers, headphones, printers, and etc.. Input and output devices work together to make a computer function.
The motherboard connects all the components of a computer. It connects the power supply, CPU, GPU, RAM, and the storage.
The CPU executes instructions for the hardware. It has a processing unit that processes instructions. It has a arithmetic unit that executes instructions, and a register to store data.
The GPU handles the computer's graphics. It handles what a monitor displays. The better a GPU, the better the graphics are of your computer.
The storage device stores permanent memory. This stores downloads, the operating system, and vital systems for the computer to function. Even when turned off, the data is still retained.
