INTRODUCTION
The RMS Titanic was a luxurious British passenger liner operated by the White Star Line. The original route was from Southhampton, England, Cherbourg, France, Queenstown, Ireland, and New York, USA. It sunk in the North Atlantic Ocean in Newfoundland, Canada due to striking an iceberg on April 14-15, 1912. She carried over 2,200 passengers and crew and led to the death of 1,500 people.
