Grievance against a group leader - escalation matrix will be: House leader - Executive council - Students’ President - BSc team.
Grievance against a house leader - escalation matrix will be House mentors - Executive council - Students’ President - BSc team.

1) The person who files the grievance will be kept anonymous, and the person against whom the allegation is raised will also be kept anonymous.
2) Proper Escalation matrix for a grievance raised will be followed.
