The Student Executive Council is the apex Executive Body of the IITM BSc Student Government, it consists of 4 members,

• The Academic Affairs Coordinator :  Vacant / aac@student.onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in

• The Placement Coordinator : Abishek Vinodh / placo@student.onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in

• The Student Activities Coordinator: Jigyasha Agarwal / sac@student.onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in

The Upper House Council (UHC) is the gathering of the Secretaries/Deputy Secretaries from all 12 Houses along with one mentor from each house for a total of 36 members - the UHC is the legislative body of the IITM BSc Student Government.

There are twelves houses in the IITM BSc Degree Program - Bandipur, Corbett, Kanha, Namdapha, Nallamala, - Saranda and Wayanad. 

A House Council consists of the following members:

• The House Secretary

• The House Deputy Secretary 

• The House Webadmin

• Three House Mentors

• 30 Group Leaders

Every group is led by a Group Leader. Members of a group are all from the same geographical location.

The Constitution Committee is a 10 member team led by 4 Upper House Council mentors that is working on creating the first draft of the student constitution for the IITM BSc Degree Program.
