It is recommended to use a PC to make payments as more issues are seen on a mobile device. Recommended method is NetBanking / Credit Card. Payment partner reported issues about UPI/Google Pay.
If you are able to repeat payment, please do so.
If you are unable to see a payment link, request a new payment link. (PAYMENT > REQUEST NEW PAYMENT LINK)
After repeat payment is done, request to get access to the courses. (PAYMENT > REPEAT PAYMENT COMPLETED)
Refunds are automatically processed by the system. Please wait until 13th September 2021.
If the additional sum has still not been refunded by then, please fill this form with a request under REGISTRATION -> REFUND EXCESS AMOUNT
