A Little Advice For You...

“What do I do if I have a person that sits next to me in a class, and we don't like each other, and she is doing things to annoy me but I don't want to be a snitch?”

If you have someone that is doing things to annoy you on purpose I would, and I know this is hard, just try to ignore them. If they continue to annoy you tell them directly to stop, and if they still don’t, tell a teacher. I know it can be hard to stand up for yourself, especially when you don’t like the person antagonizing you. The important thing is that you can focus on your class and not be distracted.

“How do I deal with middle school stress, and how to use your time as well as possible?”

We are people that definitely have our share of stressful situations. Some people like to take a night to pamper themselves, whereas others like to let it build up until it they have a day where all of the emotions just come out. We recommend using your agenda to keep on track. Sometimes people like to make bullet journals, it is a stress relief and helps with keeping all of your assignments on track. Sports, or working out, can also help with stress. We also recommend not doing your homework the night before, and to make sure that your priorities are in check. Always remember to take time for yourself. We hope that these tips help you, and that in the future you will be able to use these tips to have a mostly stress free life!
