Hello, my name is Ethan LeBlanc. I was originally born in Columbus, Ohio, but I have spent most of my life in Louisiana. I moved to New Orleans in the summer of 2014. My appreciation of the similarities people share has flourished due to attending school within a culturally rich part of the country. Communities in New Orleans are founded upon the often unseen contributions of their residents who build and rebuild their neighborhoods. I find my work drifting towards representations of the people and places I interact with everyday. From painting to photography my goal has been to capture my perception as an artist living in the chaotic world we call home.
