I completed this course within 4 weeks of training and passed the exam at the end of August 2021. This certification gives me knowledge of safety procedures, policies set within the state, and safety regulations that are important in a working environment.

I completed this course within 2-3 months of course assignments and practice exams on GMetrix which is a program that we use to study the different tools that are used throughout Microsoft Word. This skill gives me future knowledge in creating professional documents that will further help promote future businesses and essays.

Teens Mental Health First Aid Certification
Teens Mental Health First Aid Certification
Teen Mental Health First Aid teaches teens in grades 10-12 or ages 15-18, how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health trauma and substance use challenges among their friends and peers and report the signs to trusted adults before it gets to the level of depression and self-harm.
Over the three-week 90-minute course, I have learned ways to take action to help my friends and peers who may be facing a mental health challenge or crisis, such as suicide. During this three-week session, I have also been exposed to dealing with peers who are experiencing an overdose of drugs in their system and what to do and not to do in cases this situation does occur.
