SAAC Fine Arts - Visual Arts
Along with students from many other international schools in South America, our visual arts representatives at the SAAC Fine Arts Festival 2023 hosted at Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt created this mural representing nature and South American culture.
Mediums used for mural: Acrylic paint outlined by masking tape on a blank wall.
Mediums used for Totem: Acrylic paint on wood and paper, held together by nails and wood glue
For SAAC Fine Arts, hosted by Uruguayan International School, the Visual Arts team created a mosaic inspired by Uruguayan artist Joaquín Torres García.
Mediums used for mosaic: ceramics, held together by grout. Acrylic paint on ceramic.
The website is managed by the Art Council together with the Theater office.
It was created in 2024 by Juana, Dominique, Julia, and Davine as part of their CAS project.
Their vision was to allow every Nido artist to display their art and give visibility to Art in all divisions.
