“After leaving work for marriage, I do not feel confident, but creating hand jewellery for brides is something I would have loved to do if I knew how to make a business.

When I was first scouted by the Super Naari team, I was suspicious. I did not know who these people were, or why they were so interested in helping me. But, I saw that my friends were invited too, so I decided to try it out.

It was a completely different environment than what I was used to. I could gossip with my friends, see what they make, and also create something entirely of my own. The first thing I created was a special ring for my daughter's wedding day.”

“I had learnt resin art painting from my daughter's online classes, if given a chance, I would have loved to create my own Instagram page and reels someday since I love seeing them.

I've had this passion in my mind for the longest time, but I felt too overwhelmed to make a start because I wasn't too good with technology or the money side of things. One day, my daughter encouraged me to come to Super Naari, that it was where all the 'old aunties' go, HAHA!
