Our customer segment consists of public elementary schools and students, the government, and other social enterprises that seek to use our service. There are 2 reasons why we chose this customer segment for our social enterprise, which are: 1) Public school students are usually poor and doesn't have enough resources to accommodate online learning, and 2) In India, radio services are heavily controlled by the government.
The values that our service provides to our customers are:
Radios are very cheap and user-friendly
Affordable access to education for poor students
Distance learning that can be done without an internet connection
To improve our relationship with our customers, we will provide them with personalized service because each school has its own strength and weaknesses, just like its students. We also are going to make improvements to our service based on the feedback which the students and schools send to us after using our service for a year.
Our key partners are:
Local radio stations such as Radio Vividh Bharati 101.8 FM to broadcast the audio lessons to the students,
Local NGOs such as Restless Development to provide the schools with transmitters and microphones,

The Ministry of Education to help us expand our service to other parts of India
Our key activities are called PRDC which stands for:
Providing a transmitter and a microphone to each school,

Our key resources are:

The main revenue of our social enterprise will come from the purchase of our service. However, the initial funding for recording setup will come from local NGOs such as Restless Development. We also seek to get a government grant within 3 years of operating. Giving donations are also welcome for those interested in supporting our social enterprise.
