My personal Definition:
I believe Profesionalism is mainly about behavior. The way you treat people will always have an impact on them and will be a reflection of yourself. You always want to show respect and kindness to everyone you meet or work with, this shows your values as a person and shows how you want to represent the community. I believe creating a good enviroment like this creates a habit to work harder and consistently allowing everyone to improve and do better for the people they work with.
