My Personal Definition of professionalism
Personally, I believe professionalism is not only having a kind and respectful attitude toward others, but being accountable and organized, and Communicating thoroughly with your colleagues. Most importantly it is being able to retain the skills you learn throughout your life and apply them in everything you do.
Future Career Plan:
For most of my life I have had an interest in Criminal Justice. While interning at the probation office I have gotten myself to have a deeper understanding of how the justice system works, but now I wanted to know how the defendants work, In college, I would like to get a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. after which I would love to pursue an in-field active job.
Soft Skills I focused on:
Communication: Meeting so many professional people made me pick up on conducting myself through conversation.
Emotional intelligence: Unfortunately you can hear about situations that can make some uncomfortable I wanted to be able to handle it better emotionally.
Enthusiasm and attitude: Being a certain level of enthusiasm about our work without making it overbearing or unnecessary, and professional.
