My Personal Definition:
In my opinion, professionalism is not just time and work ethic, grit and literacy, but also the amount of detail and finesse that you put into every single thing you do that is related in any way to what you are trying to be professional in. For example, If you want to be more professional in your schoolwork, not only must your grades go up, but you must also improve your hand writing, your punctuality, and your attitude

Question 1-What made you decide to go u this career?
chose to pursue a career in nursing because I have always been passionate about helping people and providing care during their most vulnerable times. As a nurse, I am able to provide comfort and support for those who are ill or injured, which is immensely rewarding. Additionally, the field of nursing allows me to work with diverse populations while also developing my own skillset as an advocate for patients’ health and wellbeing. With each patient interaction, I strive to make meaningful connections that can help them heal both physically and emotionally.
Question 2-Why do you think this job is interesting?
Nursing is a thrilling and dynamic profession that provides an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference. There's never a dull moment in nursing: every day brings something new to be learned or experienced. From caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds to working with cutting-edge technology, nurses are constantly challenged with interesting tasks that keep them engaged. Question 3-What is the most interesting thing you find at your work place?
Nursing is an incredibly rewarding profession, and one of the most interesting aspects of it is the bond that forms between staff members. Through our interactions with patients on a weekly basis, we develop strong relationships with each other and gain invaluable knowledge from our experiences. This connection allows us to provide better care for those in need while also growing as professionals ourselves.
Question 3-What is the most stressful thing in your job?
One of the most difficult aspects is when we fight hard to save a life but the body has physically given up. This experience is heartbreaking for both patients and staff alike, and it requires immense strength from everyone involved to keep going despite such an emotional setback. While this part of our job can be stressful, we remain committed to doing everything in our power to help those in need - even if that means facing some tough realities along the way.
