COS Internship: Mechanic at Ford and Nissan

My Personal Definition:

In my definition, professionalism is being punctuational with being on time for work and deadlines, being hard working, being knowledgable, willing to learn more from anyone, help others around you, and be willing to take criticism.

Goals I set for myself:

Questions: For me asking questions is always the hardest thing to do, I always grew up thinking I got everything by myself. So for this I tried to ask as many questions and get more knowledge and experience.
Initiative: I always have second guessed myself. I wanted to be able to not hesitate and act on what I wanted to do.
Time managment: I tend to get easily bored and want to do something else and I will bounce inbetween task, so I wanted to be able to accomplish my tasks that I was given in good time.

Career Statement & Plans: My goal is to strive to learn more, and gain knowledge to become a responsible mechanic for myself and others. To achieve this I will be taking a college class for mechanics, studying for mechanics and diesel mechanics, and I will be talking to someone at flower motors for an apprenticeship.
