Question #1
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The problem with just saying what I like most about my job, is my job encompasses so many things. So I think the best thing I like about my job, it brings dreams to the community, whether it's someone buying a new home or someone who has to transition out the home.
Questions #2
Q: What do you like least about your job?
A: I'm going to say I least like it when buyers and sellers are disappointed in deals that maybe don't go forward. It's the emotional side of someone feeling sad that makes me like it least.
I currently work on the weekends and sometimes on Friday at Tacos Garcia. During the summer I will work more days. Having this restaurant job has made me gain my costumer service skills and my ability to work and adapt in a fast pace environment.

Question #3
Q: If you could be in a different business, what would it be?
A: I don't think I'd be in a different business mainly because I'm very good at this business.
Question #4
Q: How many hours do you work a week?
A: That's a hard one. If you're starting a business, it's going to be all the time. It's hard. You must put in the hours to get it out. This is not a nine to five job. This is on the community's time. So if you're going to create a success model, you definitely need to put 40 to 60 hours in a week.
Question #5
Q: What are the keys to success?
A: Consistency. Hard work, not giving up and creating not a one year, two year, three year plan, but creating a five year plan giving yourself just the trajectory to succeed.
More interactive: My being more interactive I could engage more and learn more. By being more interactive I have the opportunity to have more fun with it and love it more.
Better listener: I set this goal for myself because I tried my best to stay focus and really process everything that was being told to me. This goal was important for me because I tend to get distracted easily then it makes it hard for me to remember what I learn.
Learn new things: One of my goals was to actually learn something that will help me in the future. For example I learned what disclosures, amendments are which in the future I will already of a understanding of those topics.
