The Colorado Department of Education defines "Professional" using the following descriptors:
time & work management
career literacy
grit and resilience
work ethic; dependable and reliable
In my opinion, being professional means showing respect, taking responsibility, and acting with integrity when working with others. It’s about being reliable, communicating well, and putting real effort into what you do. Professionalism isn’t just about results or deadlines—it also shows in your attitude, how you treat people, and the care you put into your work.
My goal is to find out what career is good for me and something i am passionate about. This helped me find the confidence of talking to people and finding the compassion in my heart.
I still have no idea what my future plans for my career may be. But social work has taught me that i love talking and meeting new people. My future plans i do know is that i wanna go to college and be successful in whatever i do.
