Why I joined COS: I joined because I wanted to expand my learning and get experience on what it is like to be in the medical field. This class gave me the opportunity to get some hands on work and get real life experience that you can't get by being in a classroom. I made the decision at 14 that i wanted to be in the medical field, I got certified as a Nurse aid at 16 and getting registered as a medical assistant; this class gave me more reasons to love the medical field and the work. I got the opportunity to make real connections with the patients and the staff, this class opened my career with so many new opportunities.
