My Personal Definition:
To me professionalism means presenting yourself as a dependable person someone can trust. It involves being responsible, communicating effectively, and maintaining a strong work ethic. Ultimately, it's about making a good contribution to your job and the people around you.
RESUME
Carrer statement:
After high school my plan is to work as a certified nurse aide (CNA) to gain some experience working in the healthcare setting while also attending Colorado Mesa to get a bachelor's in science nursing (BSN) to become a registered nurse. After college I plan to get a job as a neonatal intensive care (NICU) nurse.
My goals:
~ Improve soft skills
~ Gain real-world hands-on experience
~ Set out of my comfort zone

Q: What is your name and what do you do?
A: Hi, my name is Yasmin and I'm a CNA at a nursing home.
Q: What motivates you?
A: Just seeing that some of the residents don't have family members and seeing how grateful they are to you and how they express their appreciation.
Q: What is the best part of your job?
A: It's rewarding when certain residents that don't have family look at you as their family and tell you they appreciate you. It's very heartwarming.
