I believe that professinalism is not about how well you might be able to do the job, but how you are able to do your job when others aren't. Other people can have an affect on your work, but being able to prove that you are reliable, work to your abilities, and are willing to learn more to strive to be better; show your willingness to pursue more.

Q#1) What is your name and occupation?
A: Logan, works at Kinikin Processing
Q#2) How would you handle stressful situations?
A: They come and go, he takes them one step at a time, never let emotions get the best of him, and if you can do it you just put your mind to it.
Q#3) How did you get your job?
A: His grandfather owned a lot of property when he was younger, so that’s how he got into it. He never really wanted to work in an office.
Q#4) What helped you choose this career?.
A: Basically I never wanted to be in the office, I always liked working with my hands and being on my feet.
Q#5) What’s the best way you’d say is to develop skills like you have?
A: Get into it, the best way is to jump into it. Don’t be afraid to ask people questions. Ask people if you can shadow them, watch them.
Q#6)Would you do anything different if you could?
A: Probably not, I like where I am. I would have probably tried to start my own business earlier on but besides that I do like where I am
Ask questions: Don't be afraid to ask something when confused. People aren't able to read minds so they don't know you're confused. It is good to ask questions to show the willing to know and take action in wanting to know.
Take Action: Not being scared to do something because it showed the want to be there
Time management: Showing up on time and being able to be prepared on whatever they were going to have me doing.

I work currently at a local meat proccessing plant called Kinkin Proccessing. Being here I have learned to work along side other to learn more and am always learning what I can do to that might help me in the future. I also learned things such as landscaping and electrical work.
