My Personal Definition
In my opinion, professionalism is your ability to complete a task efficiently and produce a product you are proud of. Take pride in your work. Do the little things right and good things happen. These ideas work hand in hand with hard work and perseverance. Have grit. Be accountable, be someone people know they can count on. Professionalism is not just these work skills but also some very important people skills. Be someone your coworkers want to work with. Be a colleague, a partner, a friend.
