Communication: something I'd like to work on is my communication. one of my goals coming into this internship was focused on communications and getting better at talking to people in general. this job did eventually help a little bit because I was constantly talking to people of all ages.
Being Professional: another goal I set for myself was professionalism, I wanted to learn how to conduct yourself in the work place and how to collaborate with my other colleagues.
Leadership: something I have a hard time with is taking initiative and taking lead on a project for example. So I set a goal to be more confident and take that leadership role, not only in the workplace but also at school.
