In my view, being professional means having a clear understanding of your career and executing your responsibilities correctly. Additionally, I believe that a professional person is not only qualified for their job but also contributes positively to their work environment.

Future goals and carrer plan
After considering both of the career opportunities I was interested in, I noticed a huge difference. As much as I love designing, I also enjoy helping people and working with them. After careful thought, I have decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. I have always wanted to work in the medical field, but I wasn't sure if I had the potential to do so. However, after completing this internship, I believe I actually can. I am still not sure what I want to do when I graduate high school, I know I will be doing either physical therapy or graphic designing, but either decision I make I will be happy with. I have some plans of what I want to do but they are only rough drafts and not well thought plans but I know that I want to attend college.

Soft Skills
Communication:
I want to improve my communication skills because I believe this is a major part of having a successful career. You need to be able to communicate clearly about everything you do—whether it’s working on projects, setting up meetings, or collaborating with others. I want to achieve this goal so that I can express myself professionally and have a clear idea of what I’m going to say and do in different situations.
Time Management:
I want to get better at managing my time because I think being a good employee means having a reliable work schedule and completing tasks on time. Time management has always been a challenge for me. I struggle with keeping track of things and staying organized, so this is one of the most important skills I want to develop. Learning to stay on top of my responsibilities will help me become more dependable and less stressed.
Confidence:
I want to build more confidence in myself so I can grow both personally and professionally. Confidence is important because it helps you step out of your comfort zone and try new things. Being shy has always been one of my biggest struggles, but I know that if I push myself to be more social and take on new challenges, I can become more confident. Achieving this goal will help me interact better with others and be more prepared for the workforce.
