I have always had high expectations for myself and goals to one day grow and be successful. wheather it be finnacnially or mentally I myself like seeing positive change in what I do. and if along the way I can make a positive change around those who surround me why not go all in.

A:Long and struggled to get commercial hours in order to get license as well as struggled financially with things

A: The business aspect of things knowing how to deal with customers who get upset and sometimes it’s not about profit it’s about how to make a returning customer

A: Being responsible and putting in the best work you can every day. Practice makes perfect

A: Everyone thinks it’s going to be great because you can boss everyone around but it comes with a lot of sacrifice sometimes to the point even where you have to take out of your paycheck to give those who work for you their paycheck.
Goals I have set for myself
Time managment- I set thid goal becuase i felt i needed help with manahing my time this internshipnhelped me out by giving me a set time to arrive and work so it helped me manage my time I had before going to the site.
Communication- I set this goal because I knew working in a fast paced environment and service based occupation requires a lot of communication and I set a goal to be able to confidently speak with not only my coworkers but also with the homeowners of service.
Listening- I set this goal because in order to get things done the right way you need to learn how to listen when given directions. during my internship experience I wanted to strengthen this aspect because you cant be a good worker if you can understand and hear things clearly.
