Previous Experiences
Over the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to earn my Private Pilot's License, and I discovered my dream to make a career in the aviation industry.
My prior work experience involved working as a laborer for a local construction company. This job taught me the value of hard work and the basics of being an employee.

I plan to enter the military and get through flight school to become a pilot. Improved Soft Skills and Met Goals
Adaptability: Coming into the internship I had some mechanical experience. However, I believe that working with the professional mechanics at the shop opened my eyes to new techniques and ways to overcome challenges.
Time Management: My time management ability grew greatly as I was required to get tasks done efficiently and correctly to help keep the business running smoothly.
Communication: In the beginning, I approached communication with a quantity-over-quality mentality. I was trying to get as much information as possible but as the internship went on I learned how to ask precise and meaningful questions that allowed me to learn more without annoying my coworkers.
