I know that nursing school will challenge me, but I’m motivated by the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a positive impact on people’s lives. With strong determination and a clear vision for my future, I am ready to take each step necessary to become a confident, compassionate, and capable nurse.

Goals
During my internship, I realized that there is always room to grow, especially when it comes to my perfectionism. I like things to go exactly right, but I’ve learned that in healthcare, not every situation or patient interaction will run smoothly, and being able to adjust is important. I also want to get better at managing my time by knowing which tasks to prioritize and how to stay organized when things get busy. These are skills I’m excited to keep improving as I continue pursuing nursing.
