The Colorado Department of Education defines "Professional" using the following descriptors:

My personal definition:
In my opinion professionalism is about how you do your job, not just what you do. Your behavior and attitude is very important when it come to your work environment. It involves demonstrating a set of qualities and standards that reflect integrity, capability, and respect for others in the workplace. It also involves in being there not only physically but also mentally.

-Career question 9: How do you feel with stress at your job?
-Answer 9: "I think it’s good to just slow down sometimes, when you’re stressed and rushing you make mistakes easier, so just taking a deep breath or taking a second to just go on a quick walk if there time to decompress. Then you can come back in a serve patients better that way."
-Career question 10: How did you choose the career that your in?
-Answer 10: "My mom is a nurse in the ER so growing up I had a parent that was doing healthcare, that kinda sparked my interest and radiology just seemed like the best fit for me and my interests and there still some patient care but it’s not as quiet as messy as nursing can be, so it was a good in between."
My future career goal is to become a radiology technologist. I’ve always been interested in the medical field, and radiology stands out to me because it combines patient care with advanced technology. After I graduate highschool, I plan to attend Colorado Mesa University to study radiologic sciences. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience, learn how to perform diagnostic imaging, and build the skills needed to help patients and support healthcare teams.

Goals I set for myself
One really big goal I set for myself was learning how to communicate in a professional manner. I know I reached that goal because I learned what not to say and what to say in certain situations which will be very important especially in the feild im going into.
Another big goal was learning not only the basics but also the big topics in radiology. It wasnt required for me to, but I set that goal because the more I know the more confident I will be.
