COS Internship: Education at Maslow Early Learning Academy
The Colorado Department of Education defines "Professional" using the following descriptors:

Soft Skills and Internship Goals
A soft skill that I mainly focused on was Decision-Making. When working with kids you have to make lots of decisions, for example.. when 2 students don't get along how do you handle the situation? Or if a student is a picky eater should you give them something they like? Or encourage them to try something new?

My Personal Definition
In my opinion I think that professionalism is not only working hard but also your skills. When working with children some skills you need to have are patience, creativity, and of course love for young children. I also think that how you approach these skills are important too, if patience is a skill you need to work on start with being a good listener and maybe loosening up a bit and being more fun.
4 Year Plan
When I get out of High school, my plan is to go to college and get my Bachelors. After I graduate college I want to immediately jump into my teaching career, I hope to be able to teach kids ages from Pre-k to 1st grade.

A: Slow to grow, you can't expect students to grasp things fast it takes time.
