Interview Q&A
Q: When it comes to networking, How did you find those skills?
A: Im a personable person, I like to connect with people and talk, and I'm very goal oriented. So if i know somebody is struggling with something specific I try to connect with that issue and work with how we can best help them.
Q: How do you find ways to connect with people of a certain demographic, like young or older generations?
A: Working in our community. So through advertising through the Montrose Press, where many people will see it. Or even advertising at the highschool. Also, being able to market to different groups and areas in our community that attract like minded people.
Q:How do you market to people with more sensitive issues like eczema? Where they may not feel comfortable talking with people about those issues?
A: Well I think just connecting with how it affects somebody's life. It can be challenging to be out in public with something like eczema on their face. So working on a way we can help them build their confidence, like sharing stories and other cases we have helped with through testimonials so they can look forward towards that outcome themselves.
Q: Did you have any role models that helped you find your path?
A: I have a lot actually, specifically social media is so great. Like to follow other clinics specifcally not in montrose, but different states. So I can see events they are doing, or services they offer. You can see their ideas and stuff and you really just play off that.
