2nd grade has been using their 3D modeling skills to create 3D snowflakes that were later used in a printmaking project. The 3D printed snowflakes were the stamps we used to make the snow in our oil pastel winter landscapes.

With the opening of the Technology Center grades 2nd thru 5th have had the opportunity to work with several different types of stop-motion animation on the ipads.

In order to view the video's you will need to download the "EyeJack" app. After it loads, open it up and scan the QR code. After the video is loaded just view the image (with the "EyeJack" app) next to the QR code and the video will appear.

In kindergarten and 1st grade we used augmented reality to make our dots "come to life" If you install the Quiver app on your smartphone or iPad you can see how it works. Just open the app, tap on the butterfly, hold your phone's camera up to one of the images below, and see it transform to a 3D image that floats above the page.
