The first cadet will move all kettlebells — ranging in weight from 60 lbs to 30 lbs — approximately 10 yards to a staging area, changing direction around a cone along the way.
Cadets may carry only two kettlebells at a time.
Once all kettlebells are moved, the next cadet in line will repeat the process, moving the kettlebells back in the same manner.
This sequence continues until all four cadets have completed the task.
The event ends when the final cadet moves all kettlebells to the finish line.
Rules:
Cadets must travel around the cone when changing direction.
Only two kettlebells may be carried at one time.
All kettlebells must be fully moved to the designated area before the next cadet begins.
The team’s overall time will be recorded once the final cadet completes the task.

All-Male Team – No weight restrictions.
All-Female Team – No weight restrictions.
Flyweight Team – Cadets must weigh 130 lbs or less.
Flyweight Team Eligibility:

Starting Position & Execution:
Teams begin with their feet closest to the rope and bodies in the prone push-up position.
On the command "PUSHUP!", cadets execute a push-up and await the whistle blast.
At the whistle blast, cadets rotate, grasp the rope, and begin pulling in the opposite direction.
This process continues until a winner is determined by another whistle blast.
Bracket Format:
This is a bracketed event.
Teams will be composed of cadets who show up on the day of the event.
