In MCCTC, hundreds of Chromebooks are used by students every day. In order to repair them when they need it, the students from the Cyber lab fix and maintain them. In addition to Chromebooks, we also sometimes fix some PCs and other computing devices when they need it.

In order to simulate a real IT repair environment, we simulate problems that customers may have in order to get our hands in a computer and to be able to properly troubleshoot.
