If you plan on bringing an outside guest (not an Agoura High School student), make sure to complete and turn in this form! If your guest pass is not approved in time for Prom, you will NOT be able to bring an outside guest!!

If you plan on taking the charter bus to the Santa Barbara Hilton, make sure to pay $30 on the online webstore OR turn in a check to the AAC and turn in your signed and completed permission slip to the attendance office.
