Meet the Counselors

Hi, Lions! My name is Kristen Bosiljevac and I am so excited to be your counselor at Liberty Oaks Elementary. This is my 15th year in education. I spent the first eleven years of my career teaching at Liberty Middle School and the past three years as an elementary school counselor in LPS. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Middle School Education with minors in English and Speech/Theatre from Northwest Missouri State University.  I also received my Master's Degree in K-8 Counseling from Northwest.

My husband and I have two children; a third grader and first grader, as well as a dog that keep us very busy! Along with spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, adventures and laughing with friends.

Hello hello, Lions! For those of you I have not had the pleasure to meet, my name is Lana Mason and this will be my 10th year at Liberty Oaks.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Central Missouri, my Master's Degree in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and my Play Therapy certificate from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Outside of school, I enjoy being with my husband and our sons, spending time with my friends & family (especially my niece & nephew), and going on adventures.  I am originally from a small rural town, but I have been lucky enough to live in the Northland for the past 10+ years.  If you have any questions or concerns, please, do not hesitate to contact me!
