The Actor Bahn Tunnels are a (not so) secret underground beneath Los Angeles. Composed of tunnels, streets, and various stores, most specifically Starbucks, the Actor Bahn allows only for the “One-percenters” to travel free of unwanted paparazzi and other common folk.
Originally built for underground speakeasies, the 11 miles of service tunnels are currently in use for celebrities. This story is most known due to a released video involving a former Starbucks employee who shared his experience underground after his NDA expired. He explained that he had been the only employee at this location due to the fact that it was top secret, and he was in charge of the entire building. He then was questioned by interviewer Steven Randolph about his time with these employees. The worker went on to describe many famous peoples' go-to orders. One of the many orders he describes is listed below.
“I finish my coffee just as I get a pickup order sent to the computer.
Six shots of espresso
Iced
I don’t even need to look at the order name. Pedro Pascal fuels himself every day with this.”
Many believe that the entirety of this story is a hoax; however, people have begun to speak up about their own experiences with this underground city. We “common folk” may never know what really goes on underneath the city of Los Angeles. We can only imagine.
