Students or families having problems with Aspen need to email to email aspenhelp@hudson.k12.ma.us. The HPS Tech Dept. is checking these daily and trying to keep up with the demand.
Aspen Parent Portal accounts – parents need to fill out the linked online form to join.
The device then needs to be brought from the student’s home school and dropped off to the home school’s main office.
A staff member from the Tech Dept. staff will be coming around to the three elementary schools to pick up devices needing repair and returning the repaired devices. All elementary repairs will be done at HHS.
Once a device is repaired, the technology office will send an email to the family letting them know the device has been repaired and can be picked up.
Students having problems with Google IDs, should send an email to Chromebook.rts@hudson.k12.ma.us
When emailing, please provide the student’s full name and Google ID. This will help the Tech Dept. quickly resolve the issue.
