I'm a married 37 year old female and a mother of two wonderful boys that are 16 and 10 years old. I'm very passionate about helping people in need. If Empathy was something I could call my own then I can put it as my middle name because I care a lot and I'm willing to help those in need no matter what their situation is. I also have my church along with my husband and we're currently pastors, so being a leader and being in front of a large crowds who depend on you is something that I live daily. I'm a positive role model to those around me always. I currently reached my 5 years in my current job at Gandara Center. To work with the youth, engage with families, and always be on top of all documents and care plans has been achieved based on my supervisor's evaluation. I'm also a peer mentor at Elms College and I help peers like myself get by  in their daily lives and connect them to any campus resource as needed.  I'm used to caring and being there for others. So, helping and putting myself in client's position makes the treatment and process priceless because I get to know the family so well like as if they're my own. I believe my personality, my humbleness and my smile is something unique that I've carried for a long time and makes me who I am. Being a hardworker to managing my busy schedule and personal life is also a personal stregnth that I have.
