YMS Parents
We are so glad to have the opportunity to partner with you in the education of your child. Please see the links on this page and the Student Portal for information on some of the programs and tools designed to help you and your child at home. Your child has been given a login sheet with the credentials they'll need for some of their school work. They should share this information with a parent/guardian only. Please assist your child in keeping track of this information and keeping it private.
Stay up to date with your child's grades!
DoDEA Student Information System (Aspen) Parent Portal (Instructions are here)- You can check your child’s grades in the Parent Portal! There are updated announcements and access to the Parent Newsletter as well!

Parents, please take a look at the YMS E-Device Policy. If you'd like for your child to use their own device at school, please read, print, and sign this form and have your child turn it in to their seminar teacher. If you don't have a printer, please ask your child to pick up a form in the office. Your child will be given an E-Device pass that they need to keep with them.
