Counseling Activities
- Use positive self-talk to help you in challenging situations. Say things like, "I got this!", "I am getting better", "I can think of a different solution", "I can handle virtual school", "I can break my problems into smaller parts."
- Remember, you are not alone. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
- Make a daily schedule that includes time for school work and ALSO time to go outside, to exercise your body, help with household chores, be creative, and enjoy some free time.
- Be a S.T.A.R.; Stop, Take a deep breath, And Relax whenever you need to!
- Eat healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables. Oh, and drink plenty of water!
