I am excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my ninth year teaching at Sigonella Elementary and fifth year teaching 5th grade. This is my nineteenth year of teaching. I have taught for three other DODEA schools (two in Germany, and one at Fort Bragg, NC), and have taught PE, first, second, fourth, and fifth grade. I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

I have two daughters. They live in Jacksonville, Florida. Both graduated from Sigonella High School. My oldest is continuing with her education at University of North Florida. The younger will be starting her second year at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

My other two babies are a chocolate lab, Ritter, and a boxer, Brendy. My family also includes two cats, Hippo and Millie, and a turtle, Crush.

I like to read, do yoga, dance (ballet and contemporary), play soccer, be on the water, travel, and spend time with my family.
