Your student will be absent for 1-2 days?
Contact the Attendance Office at SHAPEMS.Attendance@dodea.edu 

Your student will be absent for 3+ days with advance notice?
Contact the Attendance Office at SHAPEMS.Attendance@dodea.edu or 065-75-7730 and request a "Planned Absence" form.

Your student is leaving early?
Parents must enter the building and sign students out.

Your student is arriving late?
Parents must enter the building and sign students in if this is their first arrival at school that day. 
Note:  If a parent signed the student out and communicated with the office staff that the student would be returning that day, it is not necessary for the parent to enter the building and sign the student in.
