Victor L. Crouch, LCSW
I am one of two Military Family & Life Counselors assigned to Ikego Elementary. Specifically, I will be covering: Sure Start, Kinder, 1st and 3rd grades. I am a 20-year Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I now have 5 overseas assignments. I would definitely say that my signature clinical strength is relationship-building, meeting clients where they are, and appreciating the importance of play in the healthy development of children. I refer to my style of school-based counseling as “coaching” to bring out the best in our students. Thank you for having me.

Dana Goodwin, LISW-CP
My name is Dana Goodwin. I am originally from Upstate NY but lived in South Carolina for many years. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from DePaul University, Chicago Illinois, and went on to receive my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I later received my Independent Clinical License in Social Work. After working with children/adolescents and their families in Psychiatric Residential Treatment Programs, I went on to work in the criminal justice system. I provided mental health services to adults at the Charleston County Jail. I started MFLC work in 2018. My first OCONUS position was in an elementary school in Japan, in 2019. I truly enjoy being a social worker and trying to assist people in all walks of life, with different backgrounds, strengths, and stories.

I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and I am a former 'military brat' :) My mother served in the United States Army, so I am familiar with what it feels like to be a child of a military member and all that comes with it.
