Week 2

(Module 1 Topic 1: Circles and Ratios)

Learning objective = Students investigate the ratio between the circumference and diameter and conclude that the ratio is a constant that is about 3.14. Students use the relationship (circumference/diameter) = π to write the circumference formula. They calculate circumference using π, 3.14, and (22/7).
