EXECUTIVE officer (xo)

Duties include but not limited to:

• Reports directly to CO and takes charge in absence of CO

• Supervision of Cadet Staff

• Leads unit staff meetings

• Establishes weekly inspection watch bill

• Resides on the executive board which decides all meritorious promotions and unit assignments
